With a commitment to innovative construction practices and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team to include a highly skilled Estimator/Database Administrator/Costing Manager who will play a crucial role in maintaining our standards of excellence. We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated professional to join our team as an Estimator/Database Administrator/Costing Manager. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong affinity for numbers and construction processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate estimation and database management to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency in our home building projects. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications and identifying specific factors that could affect costs.</li><li>Manage and update the construction cost database, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.</li><li>Collaborate with the project management team to ensure estimates are comprehensive and project budgets are adhered to.</li><li>Utilize construction management software such as BuilderMT, ECI Mark Systems, or similar platforms to optimize our home building processes.</li><li>Conduct regular audits of project costs and prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations.</li><li>Provide technical support and training to team members on the use of construction management software.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as an estimator or relevant role within the construction industry.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with construction management software such as BuilderMT or ECI Mark Systems is highly desirable.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to organize and manage large sets of data efficiently.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently for prolonged periods.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.</li><li>Ability to do detailed plan take-offs utilizing a digital on screen software such as Planswift or Blue Beam</li></ul> Pay &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$80,000 to $100,000/year</li><li>401K and 401K matching</li><li>Profit Sharing</li><li>Healthcare</li></ul>Additional Information: This position is located in either Cherry Hill, NJ or Middletown, DE.
