Position Overview:The Director of Sales and Marketing will manage all sales and marketing operations for Schaeffer Homes. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is critical in driving growth, managing key relationships, and aligning our sales and marketing efforts with company goals. The Director will oversee the sales team, develop strategic plans, and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to home delivery. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring adherence to sales strategies and customer relationship management.</li><li>Develop and implement quarterly marketing plans to promote Schaeffer Homes' products and services.</li><li>Oversee digital marketing efforts, branding, and lead generation initiatives.</li><li>Act as a public face of the company, building brand awareness and engaging with potential partners.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with the leadership team on sales strategies and action plans.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.</li><li>5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in homebuilding or construction.</li><li>Must have new home sales experience</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive base salary with commission opportunities.&nbsp;$150K+ potential income.</li><li>Quarterly performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits including health, mileage reimbursement, and vacation.</li><li>A collaborative and growth-focused work environment.</li></ul>

Do you have 5 years of experience selling new homes for a New Home Builder?

Are you proficient in using CRM systems and digital marketing tools, including Microsoft Office?

This role requires flexibility, including occasional weekend work and attending after-hours functions. Are you comfortable with this schedule?

This position is located in Cherry Hill, NJ,  but we also have a Design Studio in Newark, DE. Are you able to commute to this location 1-2 days a week? NOT a remote position & we do not help with relocation.
