Schaeffer HomesSales Manager Location: Middletown, DE (Design Center) Job Type: Full-Time About the RoleSchaeffer Homes is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead our Build On Your Lot program from our Middletown, DE Design Center. This is a high-impact role where you'll guide buyers through the entire homebuilding journeyfrom initial consultation through contract and deliverywhile managing sales performance, customer relationships, and overall experience. What You'll Do<ul><li>Meet with prospective buyers and guide them through the homebuilding process</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle from contract to home delivery</li><li>Assist customers with floorplans, structural options, and customizations</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors and referral partners</li><li>Track leads, follow-ups, and contracts using CRM systems</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience</li><li>Host open houses and participate in sales and marketing initiatives</li><li>Achieve and exceed sales and conversion goals</li></ul> What We're Looking For<ul><li>Must have new home sales experience</li><li>Knowledge of land acquisition is a plus but not required</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own pipeline</li><li>Professional presence and customer-first mindset</li><li>Comfortable working weekends with scheduled days off during the week</li><li>Tech-savvy and able to learn CRM and sales tools</li></ul> Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Base Salary: $60,000/year</li><li>Commission-based earnings on sales performance</li><li>Total compensation potential: $100,000+</li><li>Health benefits, PTO, and mileage reimbursement</li><li>Ongoing training and professional development</li></ul> Schedule<ul><li>Full-time (40 hours/week)</li><li>Weekend availability required</li><li>Two days off during the week</li></ul> Why Schaeffer Homes?At Schaeffer Homes, we're committed to delivering an exceptional homebuilding experience.
