Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5-10 new home construction projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with trade contractors, in-house teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections, maintain quality assurance, and resolve any site issues that arise.
  • Oversee project scheduling, material deliveries, and site security to ensure uninterrupted work flow.
  • Be an advocate for Schaeffer Homes, representing our brand with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Lead by example, maintaining a positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (ability to read and write English at a 10th grade level).
  • Prior experience in residential construction (specific builder experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using technology, especially mobile tools for project management.
  • A professional demeanor with the ability to work well with a wide range of people.
  • Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the construction schedule.
  • Must pass hiring assessments, including a personality profile and written math test.
